Ninety-seven percent (97.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 90 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 90 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued. “Cancel for any reason” Third party travel insurance is offered at checkout which will cover you in the event of needing to cancel.
We used the space for our Church leadership retreat, and it was incredible!

You don’t have to meet anyone for checkin. You will be given a unique door code to enter the property on your own.

All guests must be 25 years of age or above to stay in this property, unless you are children with a parent.
Max occupancy is 22 humans
ONE Dog is allowed, pet fee is already included but they must be on your booking.
You will be required to sign a renter agreement and provide credit card for security deposit after booking. No money is ever taken from your account, its a card on file like you do when you check into a hotel.
If available, early checkins and late checkouts can be arranged at a cost of $30 per hour rounded to the nearest hour. Please message us for availability.
