Ninety-seven percent (97.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 90 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 90 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued. “Cancel for any reason” Third party travel insurance is offered at checkout which will cover you in the event of needing to cancel.
Laura was great to communicate with. She answered all our questions with an immediate response. The cabin was nice. Perfect setting for a honeymoon. Very private that’s close to the attractions of pigeon forge and Dollywood. Well worth the money.

Checkin is 4pm, checkout 10am. You will be provided a unique door code for entry, valid for the duration of your stay. No meeting anyone for keys!
Other things to note
Bath towels and linens for all beds are provided.
The house is stocked with a starter supply of paper towel, toilet paper, trash bags, soap (dish, hand and laundry).
Please note there is only parking included for TWO cars in the driveway. More than TWO cars are not allowed at the property at any time.
If there is snow/ice, 4WD/AWD cars are highly recommended (only snows about 2 times a year, usually in late Dec-early Feb). Otherwise, any car can handle the roads. Plan accordingly during winter months!
If available, early checkins and late checkouts can be arranged at a cost of $30 per hour rounded to the nearest hour. Please message us for availability.
This cabin is in the woods. You may see or hear bugs, insects, or other wildlife including bears. We have monthly preventative pest control but you are still in nature!
